Quality, Warranty and After-Sales Policy
XFX confirms quality, inspection, service and warranty scope for each machine project through the approved technical agreement and sales contract.
Quality and Pre-Shipment Checks
Depending on the machine configuration and available trial conditions, checks can include raw-material review, machined-part dimension checks, welding inspection, assembly inspection, electrical inspection, no-load testing, running trials, tube-sample checks when suitable material is available, pre-shipment photo or video confirmation and packing inspection.
The mandatory inspection steps, acceptance criteria, records, buyer witnessing and trial material must be agreed for the specific project. This website does not create a fixed FAT protocol for every order.
Warranty
Warranty scope, duration, start date, covered parts, exclusions and remedies are confirmed in the sales contract for each project. No general website statement overrides the signed contract.
Normal wear, consumables, unsuitable material, incorrect operation, unauthorized modification, inadequate utilities or maintenance, and damage outside the agreed scope may be treated according to the contract and technical review.
Installation and Commissioning
XFX can provide installation support or installation guidance depending on project requirements. Destination conditions, timing, buyer preparation and commercial responsibilities are confirmed before order or shipment.
Buyer-side workshop readiness, foundations, power, lifting tools, local labor, raw material, operators and safety conditions may be required according to the project.
Operator Training
XFX can provide operator training support for machine operation and adjustment depending on project requirements. Training location, scope, schedule, language, participants and commercial terms are agreed for each project.
Remote Support and Spare Parts
Remote technical communication can support installation discussion, troubleshooting, operation questions and spare-parts coordination when sufficient machine and product information is available.
For spare-parts identification, provide the machine model or project information, part location, clear photos, dimensions, drawings if available and technical details. Availability, pricing, freight, taxes and warranty treatment follow the relevant agreement.
Service Boundaries
On-site support is subject to project agreement, destination conditions, personnel availability, timing and confirmed commercial terms.
XFX does not publish guaranteed response times, lifetime free service, free installation or a universal free-parts promise. The signed contract controls the final service commitment.
