Strip preparation and continuous feeding

  • The uncoiler supports the coil and feeds strip into the line under controlled tension.
  • Shearing, joining and accumulation can help maintain a continuous material path during coil changes.
  • Strip width, edge condition, flatness and alignment influence every downstream forming and welding stage.

Forming and high frequency welding

  • Forming rolls gradually shape flat strip into an open round profile while keeping the strip edges correctly positioned.
  • The high frequency welding section heats the prepared edges, and squeeze rolls apply controlled pressure to create the longitudinal seam.
  • Material grade, wall thickness, edge preparation, forming accuracy and welding settings must be reviewed together.

Sizing, cutting and handling

  • Cooling and sizing stabilize geometry and establish the final round dimensions or prepare the tube for square and rectangular shaping.
  • The cutting system should match wall thickness, length tolerance, end condition and production rhythm.
  • Run-out, stacking and packing need to protect finished tubes and fit the buyer's downstream workflow.
