Typical High Frequency Welded Tube Mill Line Configuration
1. Uncoiler
Holds and feeds the steel coil into the line.
2. Shear and Welder
Connects the end of one strip coil to the start of the next.
3. Accumulator
Stores strip to support continuous operation during coil changes.
4. Forming Mill
Gradually forms flat steel strip into an open tube profile.
5. High Frequency Welding System
Heats and welds the prepared strip edges into a continuous tube.
6. Weld Bead Treatment
Removes or controls the weld bead when required by the finished product.
7. Sizing Mill
Controls final dimensions and forms square or rectangular profiles when needed.
8. Flying Saw or Cutting System
Cuts finished tubes continuously to the specified length.
9. Run-out Table
Receives and transfers the cut tubes safely.
10. Optional Auxiliary Equipment
Adds handling, packing, finishing, or other equipment based on the project.
